Bowen Yang to Miss Tonight's SNL
Bowen Yang will not be appearing on tonight's live Saturday Night Live, but he has a good reason for his absence.
He will be attending the 2025 Academy Museum Gala in Los Angeles, where he will be honored alongside Penélope Cruz, Walter Salles, and Bruce Springsteen with the Vantage Award.
Missing the show tonight but it will be sooooo fun. Sab is amazing.
The Vantage Award is given to an emerging artist who helps to challenge existing narratives around film. Although Yang won't be in the studio tonight, he may still appear in a pretaped short.
This will be only the second episode in his seven-season run as an SNL cast member where Yang hasn't been present for a live show.
